Let Only Service (% of annual rent) 8.4%

The service includes marketing of the property, carrying out accompanied viewings, sourcing suitable tenants, compiling full reference and credit checks, right to rent checks and finalising the tenancy agreement)

Let and Full Management Service (% of annual rent) 13.2%

Includes the full letting service and in addition, being the first point of contact for tenants, arranging quotes and repairs within the property, carrying out 2 routine inspections and notifying the landlord of the outcomes. Holding keys throughout the term of the tenancy

Let and Rent Collection Service (% of annual rent) 9%

Tenancy Set Up Fee - £180 including Vat

Renewal Fees:

Renewal Let Only (% of annual rent) 6%

Contract negotiation, updating and amending terms. Arranging new tenancy agreements and organising the signing of the new contracts by all parties and the distribution of the new contract. Carry out right to rent checks where necessary.

Renewal of Management Service (% of annual rent) 10.8%

Tenancy Agreement or Addendum Fee - £120 inclusive of VAT

Duplication & testing of extra keys - £25 including Vat plus costs

Out of Hours call out fee - £25 including Vat

Legionnaires Risk Assessment - £120 including Vat

Full Tax year statements - £50 including Vat

Deposit Protections Scheme arbitration submission - £120 including Vat

Additional Property Management Visits - £60 including Vat

Duplicate statements for Landlords and Accountants - £24 including Vat

Issuing notice of seeking possession - £60 including Vat – Let only properties

Court Attendance - £75 per hour plus expenses
